Bounce Passes - Cajon

On Wednesday we had Go 4 it with Nicole. We learnt how to Bounce pass. First we had to hold the ball by our chest in the shape of a W. To make the W shape you spread your fingers with your thumbs almost touching. Next we had to push the ball to the ground as you push the ball step forward into the pass. Once you have pushed the ball your fingers should be facing down. The ball will bounce once to the ground then to your partner.
