Chest Passes - Ataarangi
Me, Lio and Kaiba did chest passes with the Go 4 It programme. The Go 4 It programme is a fitness programme and there is a netball to use. The person who helps you is Nicole and another person is Esther. The chest passes we learnt was a netball chest pass. A chest pass is when you need to pass the ball from your chest. Hold the ball at chest height. Make a W with your hands at the back of the ball by spreading your fingers and having your thumbs close together. Step into the pass and push the ball away from your chest. As the ball travels your arms stretch out and point to your partner.
