Bounce Passes - Dylan

Yesterday we were learning to bounce pass with Nicole from the Go 4 It programme. There are 3 people in a team and you have to be in a triangle for the bounce pass. My teams number was 89 . We had to beat 98 because that was the score. We had to beat 2 minutes and 8 seconds. We had to push with our belly button or our stomach. You have to put your W up when you catch the ball. When you bounce the ball you have to point where you want the ball to go. We have to have skills: you can't move when you have the ball, you have to bounce with power and you bounce the ball on the ground and pass the ball straight.
