Bounce Passes - Star

We did bounce passes with Nicole. We take one step forward and bounce the ball on the ground. I liked it with Mali and Gio because they're my friends. Nichole is teaching us netball skills. When you hold the ball you do a W with your hands and when you catch the ball you also do a W. You push the ball to your team mate. But do not throw the ball at them. As you push the ball your arms straighten out and point to your partner.
