Bounce Passing-Rhythm

Yesterday we went to Go 4 It fitness programme where we met a lady named Nicole.she was from Tauranga,she came to teach us bounce passing.when your. When you're doing a bounce pass you step into the pass.push from your chest and throw to the ground to your partners.make sure you hold you w up on the ball so you have more power and control. There are three people in a group and your in a circle.you pass around the circle to you partners .the netball goes around the circle,and you keep going. When you bounce pass you start with a w on the ball so when you push you have more power.push from your chest to the ground and bounce to your partner. Hold your w up to catch the ball. It was fun yesterday learning how to put power in to a bounce pass and catch properly using a w. Go 4 It is a great fitness programme because all the examples I have shown you.
