Chest Passes - Rangimahuta

Today we had the Go 4 It - pass it, and we did chest passes. We had to do a " W" with our hands before we received the ball. To put more power into your throw, you need to step forward so your throw will be stronger. Chest passing is mostly done in netball so if you're new to netball, remember to do chest passes. At the end of the things we did, we played a netball game, which made us do chest passes, so chest passes could be really good for sports.

Chest Pass - Lahaina

Go 4 It is really fun because they use fun games and activities to teach us. It teaches me how to pass properly and to keep my W up. It also teaches me to step in to pass in netball. We got to play netball touch down and we learnt how to pass in the order of the C.O.B.S. Which stands for chest pass(C) over head pass(O) bounce pass(B) and shoulder pass(S). We played a game and we had to pass in that order. To do a good chest pass and to catch a good chest pass you need to step in and use all the force from your legs and push it out with your pass. To catch the chest pass you need to keep your W up and have a strong balance.

Chest Passes - Te Ataiti

Go 4 It programme is about sports. Today we did pass it, Taylor, Rangimahuta, Lahaina and I did a video of us chest passing. First you make a W with your hands to catch the ball ( for a target so the other person knows where to pass). Next you put the ball on your chest and step into the pass.

Chest Passes - Taylor

At Go 4 It Netball passing today we learnt how to chest pass, shoulder pass, bounce pass and overhead pass. We learnt how to do the passes properly and we even played a little game of Touchdown. To do a chest pass you hold the ball up against your chest and take a step forward and push the ball to your friend. You need to put your hands in the shape of a W to catch the ball. Go 4 It is fun and it makes me fit healthy and strong!
